Dugan & Lopatka was a proud supporter of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce’s USMCA Forum at White Eagle Country Club in Naperville on December 12.

The event provided an opportunity for Chamber members to explore how their business can expand trade opportunities with our closest neighbors, Mexico and Canada. The evening included a discussion of the U.S.-Mexico-Canada-Agreement (USMCA), successor to the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), implications to our local business community, and an opportunity to hear from the Chicago Consulate Generals from Canada and Mexico how to forge business opportunities in their countries and what the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce is doing to support our global trade efforts locally.

The event featured presenters Reyna Torres Mendivi, Mexican Consulate General in Chicago; John Cruickshank, Canadian Consulate General of Chicago; Kevin Courtois, U.S. Chamber of Commerce Great Lakes Regional Office, Congressional Public Affairs; Cindy Tomei, VP Membership Growth & Engagement, Illinois Manufacturers’ Association; and, Jeff Davis, VP of Sales Administration & Marketing, Phoenix Packaging & Closures.
