Dugan & Lopatka participates in annual meeting of Valley Industrial Association
Dugan & Lopatka served as a proud supporter of the annual Valley Industrial Association (VIA) meeting and membership luncheon, held September 25 at Arrowhead Golf Club.
More than 100 VIA members and guests attended and enjoyed a welcome by VIA board of director president and Dugan & Lopatka client, Aaron Nosek with Keson Industries in Aurora; an association update by VIA Executive Director Kathy Gilmore; and, a state of the state address by Michael Negron, assistant director of the Illinois Department of Commerce & Economic Opportunity (IDCEO).
The mission of the IDCEO is to support and maintain a climate that enables a strong economy for its customers – taxpayers, businesses, workers and communities – by keeping, attracting and growing businesses, maintaining a skilled workforce, and enhancing communities so that the climate in Illinois is one in which businesses, small and large, and workers, can succeed to the greatest extent possible.
