Ready to start building your career in accounting?
We always welcome resumes from students preparing to graduate, recent graduates, and young professionals interested in future opportunities with us. Keep reading for more details about what it’s like to work at D+L.
Find Where You Fit
Our team works with privately held businesses, their owners, and nonprofit organizations across a range of accounting needs. Working at a mid-size firm also means you have opportunities to collaborate across departments, learn from different areas of accounting, and build relationships with the people behind the businesses and organizations we serve.
Depending on your interests and experience, opportunities may be available within our:
- Accounting & Advisory Services Department
- Audit & Review Department
- Tax Department
Grow With Us
Your first years in accounting should give you a strong foundation for everything that comes next. At D+L, we invest in continuing education, technical training, and hands-on learning to help our team members build their skills and advance their careers.
Our size also gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution early in your career. You can ask questions, share ideas, learn directly from experienced professionals, and see the impact of your work.
What We Look For
For entry-level accounting opportunities, we typically look for candidates who have:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting

Students who are still completing their accounting degree are also encouraged to share their resumes for future consideration.
