  • ABOUT RON

    Ron is a principal in the firm’s Audit & Review Department where he concentrates his practice in conducting audits for nonprofit organizations.

    He also provides his clients with tax assistance and consulting and conducts single audits, government auditing standards audits, offers guidance on state of Illinois reporting requirements, conducts reviews and compilations, is a peer reviewer, and offers guidance on agreed upon procedures, for-profit audits, reviews and compilations.

    Ron specializes in assisting churches, religious organizations, trade associations, foundations, social services (homeless organizations, developmental disabilities centers, domestic violence shelters, and others), private schools, and U.S. Housing & Urban Development  projects.

    Ron is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Illinois CPA Society.

    Ron has written for Dugan + Lopatka’s Solutions for Nonprofits newsletter and also provided a financial viewpoint on the blog post, “How to Start a NonProfit” for the Leading for Impact blog (October 2016).

  • HOBBIES & PERSONAL INTERESTS

    Ron has served in various roles as a youth leader at his church since 2005. He currently teaches junior and senior high students every Sunday and assists with youth activities.

    He enjoys watching college football and is a fan of the Chicago White Sox.
