Pete Zich is a principal and head of the tax department for the accounting and consulting firm of Dugan & Lopatka, CPAs, PC in Wheaton, Illinois. In addition to helping his clients with their accounting needs, he specializes in business improvement and profit enhancement for closely-held businesses.

Pete is a 1986 graduate of the University of Illinois and was previously affiliated with Arthur Andersen & Co. He works with business owners on developing exit strategies and specializes in tax planning and business valuations and has extensive experience in multistate tax strategies. Pete’s clients range in size from a $2 million small business to companies with revenues over $130 million.
