Jerry Lopatka is the managing principal of Dugan & Lopatka, CPA PC, a large local public accounting and consulting firm located in Wheaton. He specializes in tax planning and business consulting for privately held companies and he works extensively in the areas of corporate tax, mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions and estate planning.

Jerry has 30 years of experience as a practicing CPA and business advisor. He is a 1975 graduate of Elmhurst College and has a master of science in taxation degree from DePaul University Graduate School of Business.

Jerry is an active speaker on tax and real estate development topics before trade groups, business organizations and companies, churches and community groups.
