Be proactive and don't wait for the client to call us. Call them regularly. Meet with them as is appropriate. Be proactive in watching the performance of their assets and make suggestions for change in line with their plans and when appropriate to do so.

Educate our clients on the financial instruments we discuss with them. Don't assume they understand. Act as a partner sharing responsibility for educating them and helping them make more informed decisions.

These words summarize our approach to serving our clients. We disagree with the unfriendly, poor customer service practices of the large financial services firms and are dedicated to retaining 100 percent of our clients; something that can only be attained by focusing on our clients first.
