Ron Marklund is a manager in the audit department for the accounting and consulting firm of Dugan & Lopatka, CPAs, PC in Wheaton, Illinois, one of Chicago’s 30 largest CPA firms focusing on small and midsized privately-held businesses and nonprofit organizations.  In this capacity, Ron helps his clients with their audit requirements, accounting needs and significant financial issues.

In his role at Dugan & Lopatka, he works with mostly with nonprofit organizations ranging in size from small newly formed organizations to $40 million nonprofit organizations.  His nonprofit clients include educational institutions, civic groups, charitable organizations, religious organizations, business organizations, cultural groups, social groups, athletic clubs, and health & welfare organizations.  This diversity allows him to bring “best practices” across his nonprofit clients in an effort to help clients achieve their goals.  

He is a 1999 graduate of Olivet Nazarene University and is a memeber of ICPAB and AICPA. Prior to joining Dugan & Lopatka, Ron was affiliated a large regional CPA and consulting firm where he served clients in its audit department.
