Michael J. Dugan is the founder of the accounting and consulting firm of Dugan & Lopatka, CPAs, PC in Wheaton, Illinois. In addition to his responsibilities as one of the firm’s Controllership Department Principals, Mike is the President of the firm’s new business intermediary business, Wheaton Business Intermediary Group (WBI Group).

Mike specializes in financial consulting, business planning, business sales, mergers and acquitions for privately held companies. Mike is a 1971 graduate of the University of Illinois, and was affiliated with Arthur Andersen & Co. before starting the accounting practice in 1974.

Mike’s clients range in size from a small business to businesses with revenues over $40 million for privately held companies.

Mike Dugan is active in his church and with various religious organizations. Mike resides in Glen Ellyn, Illinois.
