Leo Misdom is a principal and head of the accounting services department for the accounting and consulting firm of Dugan & Lopatka, CPAs, PC in Wheaton, Illinois. In addition to helping his clients with their accounting needs, he specializes in business improvement and profit enhancement for closely-held businesses. 

He is a 1983 graduate of Illinois State University. he joined Dugan & Lopatka in 1998 after owning his own accounting practice in Naperville. He is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Leo Misdom is an active speaker on topics relating to business growth and financial planning. He is very active in his community of Naperville. He was the treasurer of the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce and former treasurer of the Naperville Jaycees. He was also on the Naperville Celebration 2000 Committee where he served as the finance chairman.
