Carol Holmes is a manager for the accounting and consulting firm of Dugan & Lopatka, CPAs, PC in Wheaton, Illinois. She is a a member of the firm’s accounting services department where she works directly with clients on accounting, payroll and financial issues.

Carol has a bachelor of science in mathmatics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT and a master of science in accounting from New York University Stern School of Business.  Prior to joining Dugan & Lopatka, she was with the accounting firm of McGladrey and Pullen.  Carol became a Certified Public Accountant in 1985, and is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
